Florida airlines worker arrested after losing security access privateofficer.org


 
KEY WEST, Fla.  July 23 2019 An airlines worker is accused of assaulting a deputy at an airport in the Florida Keys.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office arrested 42-year-old Angel Arley Medeiros of Key West on Saturday.
Deputies said Medeiros, an American Airlines employee, had to surrender his Secured Identification Display Area badge due to a previous incident where he let screened airport guests back into an area open to the public.
Medeiros became upset and shoved the deputy in a terminal office. The deputy eventually handcuffed Medeiros and hauled him to jail.
He faces charges of battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
